Kerrie Alanen – CPHR, SHRM-SCP speaks at a webinar presented by Sparc Talks as part of their free Speakers Forum.

Kerrie’s passion and drive to promote all aspects of Psychological Safety began when she left her 15-year career with the Royal Winnipeg Ballet as a First Soloist. She found that many people in the workforce, like those in the performing arts world, did not feel safe and supported by their employers and were longing for more alignment with management, directors and/or leaders. These workplace deficiencies inspired her new call to action to promote meaning, safety, inclusion and wellness in every type of workplace, and for two decades, Kerrie’s has been recognized for her innovative leadership and for providing simple, culture-driven people strategies to artists, clients and organizations.
